Integrating Quickchat AI assistant with HubSpot Conversations is a powerful customer service tool that enables businesses to interact with their customers by providing instant support, and build customer relationships, providing automated responses to customer queries and streamlining your customer support processes.

Where do I start?

Quickchat prerequisites:

Create an account and purchase the Quickchat subscription.
Build your Knowledge Base (what do you want your AI to know?) and customize your settings.
Test it using Preview in the dashboard.

HubSpot integration in Quickchat dashboard:

Preferably, create a new HubSpot account for your AI Assistant.
Once your Quickchat AI is ready, navigate to the Quickchat AI dashboard and go to the Integrations tab.
On the list of available platforms, select HubSpot.
Provide the email address of the user (bot) you want to connect with Quickchat AI. It will be responding to messages on behalf of that account.
Click on Authenticate with HubSpot and follow the on-screen prompts by choosing the appropriate HubSpot workspace. Please keep in mind that you need to have HubSpot Super Admin permissions in order to authenticate your account.

HubSpot account settings:

Create a new Chatflow on HubSpot account. Go to the Conversations tab and then select Chatflows
Create a new Chatflow or edit an existing one.
Choose Website and then Live chat.
Select an inbox and language. (remember to set the same language in Quickchat AI settings)
Customize your Welcome message.
Disable Knowledge base search.
Select Automatically assign conversations, select Specific users and select your Quickchat user (associated with the email address you provided earlier).
(Optional) Disable Email capture.
Save your chatflow.

Your integration is now complete! You can test the widget in the Preview section of the HubSpot Chatflow editor and share it on your website. Quickchat AI will automatically start responding to your customer messages!
